Favorite Workout Music: I like to change things up a lot! Anything from new and throwback hip hop, to rap, to EDM.

Fitness Philosophy: Be passionate and purposeful with your exercise and health routine. Fitness is a reward you give yourself to sustain a clear and happy mind and body!

What’s a class with Tara like?: Tabata is a high intensity interval training class based around the structure of 20 seconds of hard work followed by 10 seconds of rest. I'll push you to give all that you have in those 20 seconds to make your rest all worth it! Workouts include a wide variety of strength training and conditioning exercises.
